Adam Spargo

Technical Sales Representative

With over 21 years in the turf industry, Adam brings not only knowledge of turf management but also strong leadership and organisational skills. Adam’s passion for the turf industry started at Riversdale Golf Club in Victoria as an apprentice where he worked his way up to Assistant Superintendent over 11 years and managed to include an 8-month Ohio State internship at Oak Hill Country Club (New York) during his time at Riversdale. Adam has also worked at Northern Golf Club and Launceston Golf Club.

Before joining Living Turf in 2022, Adam was the Operations Co-ordinator at University of Tasmania Stadium and prior to this role was a key member of their groundstaff team. Both roles saw him preparing Cricket, AFL and A League surfaces which involved monitoring all aspects of turf health and agronomy.

Adam’s qualifications include: Certificate III in Horticulture (Turf Management), Diploma of Horticulture (Turf Management) and Australia and New Zealand Future Turf Management Initiative (2020).
